MATURITY

MATURITY
“Maturity comes with age; sensitivity is required to sustain it”…Oladele Femi
When it comes to ruining the place of an ageing generation, we assume a singular traditional position which is most times subject to societal encumbrances from the ‘elders’.
I acquiesce with the stance that the place of experience cannot be undermined in any situation, but I have reservations with our mode of preservation. Every aged person is mature, but sensitivity is necessary to preserve the nature of maturity.
Mature men and women should always apply sensitivity so as to continue to be regarded as being wise ‘elders’.
Younger generation should preserve the culture of maturity by according to ‘elders’ their place.
Best wishes…DESIRE
