Life is not all it seems dear! Today while going to work I saw a shop with the inscription "Islamic materials" but I saw a bucket filled with snacks and I was pondering, is that too an Islamic item? Actually I guess not but... People can add things up to make ends meet. As I was still thinking, I got a notification from my friend "Heart to Heart" asking if it is cool to ask your present boss for a day off to attend an interview. You want to get a better job but don't want to lose the present job, is this risk worth taking? Tumbling down with several thoughts I felt I didn't have any reasonable answer so I just sent a joke "abi work don tire u?" Afterwards I found a correlation with the site I saw this morning and the question. The Manager of the Islamic shop wants to maximize profit without recourse to the fact that though the snack might be enticing, a critical christian will refuse to buy probably because it is sold in a typically muslim shop. Also, the person asking for a day off wants to get a better job but doesn't want to offend the present boss. Sometimes risks are worth taking. Evaluate the risks and be willing to stand by your decision. That's the way to live happily. I regret not taking decisions; I don't regret bad decisions.
